Hello and welcome to my humble homepage. I have tried many webpage formats and decided to make this present incarnation a simple format.

My name is Simon Ho as you may have guessed. I was born in Hong Kong in 1972 and moved to the UK in 1975 with the rest of my family. Since then i have lived in Derby, Ashbourne, Nottingham, Reading (for my University course) and now reside in Hemel Hempstead (for my present job).

I received a Bachelor of Sciences from The University of Reading in the subject of Physics and from there moved on to receive a Postgraduate Diploma from Nottingham Trent University in Real Time Systems. I have learnt a variety of subjects in my studies ranging from programming in Motorola 68000 machine code to the Theory of Entropy. Some of which was enjoyable and some that i am working on forgetting.

During my various courses and since, I have been employed in various Computer based jobs from Computer Assembler, to Technical Support Engineer, to Computer Operator on a GIS system and now am presently employed as a Computer Engineer configuring a variety of systems for comporate roll-outs.

At present i am working on getting MSCE certified so that at some point in the near future, I hope to gain employment in a Network Administrator role preferably with prospects of lots of money and hopefully a lot of fun.

I have many interests, some of which have been put on the backburner because of the nightshift nature of my present work, ranging from martial arts to reading.
